Spot versus futures charts

Perpetual futures charts show more aggressive wicks than spot on the same pair, because liquidations concentrate around obvious levels. A sweep that looks dramatic on the perp can be barely visible on spot.

Analyze the chart you will actually execute on. Mixing spot and perp screenshots across your journal makes your recorded levels inconsistent.
