- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account gets 3 analysis tokens on signup, and you can run one full analysis as a guest before signing up — no card required.
- Which payment methods work?
- In Indonesia: QRIS, all major virtual accounts, GoPay, OVO, DANA, and credit/debit cards via DOKU. Globally: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex via Dodo Payments.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the account page. Your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Do tokens expire?
- No. Coin-pack tokens sit in your wallet until you use them, even if you take a break.
- What counts as one analysis?
- One chart screenshot returns one full plan: bias, entry zone, stop-loss, two take-profit targets, key levels, indicators, and the risk that could invalidate the trade. Pro plans are unlimited.
- Do you give trading signals?
- No. Trade Eyes analyzes what you send it. There is no signal group, no VIP room, and no auto-trading.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. Output is for research and education. You make the trade decision, you own the outcome.
- How do refunds work?
- Coin packs are non-refundable once tokens are credited. Subscription refund requests within the first 7 days are reviewed case-by-case. See the refund policy for the exact terms.
