This Privacy Policy explains how TradeEyes AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account data — email, hashed password, name, and optional WhatsApp number you provide.
- Uploaded content — chart screenshots, multi-image sets, and short video clips you submit for analysis.
- Generated data — analysis results, history, trade-plan snapshots, and preferences (e.g. saved chart symbol / timeframe).
- Billing data — order metadata (amount, plan, status); card or wallet details are handled by our payment processors (DOKU, Paddle, Stripe) and never reach our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device info, log timestamps, and crash reports.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To run the AI analysis pipeline (vision model, indicators, news).
- To sync your analysis history across devices for signed-in users.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- To send WhatsApp / Telegram alerts when you enable them on a Pro plan.
- To improve the product, debug issues, and measure aggregate usage.
3. AI Processing
Uploaded images and short video clips are sent to our AI gateway (currently powered by Google Gemini Vision via Lovable AI Gateway) solely to produce your analysis. We do not use your uploaded charts to train external models. Outputs are stored against your account so you can revisit them in your History.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate TradeEyes:
- Lovable Cloud (database, auth, hosting)
- Google (Gemini Vision API via Lovable AI Gateway)
- DOKU, Paddle, Stripe (payment processing)
- Finnhub or equivalent (real-time market news)
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
- Analysis history is retained until you delete it or close your account.
- Billing records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years).
- Logs and crash reports are retained for up to 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, UU PDP, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@tradelens.ai to exercise these rights. You can delete your history yourself at any time from the History page.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access controls and row-level security restrict your data to your own account. No system is 100% secure; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in regions where our service providers operate (including the United States and the European Union). We rely on standard contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children
TradeEyes AI is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
