These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeEyes AI ("TradeEyes", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a coin pack or subscription, or uploading any chart for analysis, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not Financial Advice
TradeEyes AI is a visual data-analysis tool. Outputs — including verdicts, risk meters, trade plans, indicator estimates, sentiment scores, headlines, and any text generated by our AI models — are educational and informational only. They are not investment advice, broker recommendations, signal services, tax advice, or any form of solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, cryptocurrency, currency pair, or other financial instrument.
We are not a licensed broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, fund manager, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- One person per account. Sharing accounts or reselling access is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or contains personal data of third parties.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service.
- Do not use TradeEyes AI to operate an unlicensed financial advisory service for third parties.
4. Subscriptions, Tokens, and Billing
Coin packs (one-time token purchases) and subscriptions (Pro / Elite) are processed by our payment partners (DOKU for Indonesia; Paddle / Stripe for international customers). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your Account page. You can cancel at any time; access remains active through the end of the current paid period.

5. AI Output and Limits of Liability
AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You acknowledge that:
- Past patterns do not predict future market behavior.
- News items, headlines, and sentiment indicators are AI-generated or pulled from third-party feeds and may contain errors.
- TradeEyes AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
6. Intellectual Property
TradeEyes AI and its software, design, models, and outputs are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of charts and screenshots you upload, and grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse. You may close your account at any time from the Account page.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore, except where prohibited by your local consumer-protection law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
