Access and credentials
Organization permissions are checked on the server. Student submissions are scoped to their owner and authorized mentors. Organization roles never grant site-wide administrator privileges. API keys are stored as hashes and displayed once. Temporary widget sessions expire and remain tied to active credentials.
Evidence and retention
Screenshots, trade plans and imported transactions are private business records. Organization owners can export and delete permitted records. Retention periods and contractual requirements must be agreed before commercial onboarding. Do not submit unnecessary customer identities. AI analysis uses the configured AI service and retains traceable model and generation metadata.
Limits of assurance
Trade Eyes does not claim regulatory certification, a guaranteed uptime SLA, suitability assessment or automated fraud prevention. Compliance support reviews configured checks; legal approval remains with your organization. Business billing is provider-verified; vendor-specific live feeds are not supplied by Trade Eyes.
