Everything you need to run Trade Eyes confidently — from your first chart upload to billing and refunds. Can't find it here? The Customer Portal puts you in touch with a human.
Getting started
- Open the home page and drop in a chart screenshot (PNG or JPG).
- Pick the market context if it isn't obvious from the image.
- Read the bias, entry, stop, and targets — then log the idea in your journal.
Frequently asked questions
How does Trade Eyes analyse my chart?
Upload a screenshot of any stock, crypto, or forex chart. Vision AI reads the candles, structure, and indicators on the image, then returns bias, entry zone, stop-loss, and take-profit levels with reasoning.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Guests get one free analysis per day. Creating a free account unlocks history, daily reward credits, the trade journal, and the watchlist.
Which markets are supported?
Any chart image works — Indonesian and US stocks, crypto pairs, forex majors and crosses, indices, and commodities. The engine reads the picture, not an exchange feed, so it is broker-agnostic.
How do tokens and subscriptions work?
Each analysis consumes one token. Coin packs are one-time purchases; Pro and Elite subscriptions include a monthly token allowance and renew automatically until cancelled from the Account page.
Which payment methods are supported?
Dodo Payments processes checkout worldwide — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and supported local methods. Card details never reach our servers.
Why is my analysis different from my own read?
Trade Eyes is a second opinion, not a signal service. It highlights structure, liquidity, and risk-reward you may have missed. Always confirm with your own plan and risk rules.
How do I get a refund?
Unused subscription periods and faulty charges are covered by our Refund Policy. Email hello@tradeeyes.app with your invoice number and we reply within one business day.
Is my chart data private?
Uploaded images are used only to produce your analysis and are stored against your account so you can revisit history. We never sell data. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
